- Client identification: all account holders go through an identity verification process before trading or moving funds.
- Document verification: photo ID, proof of residence and, where applicable, proof of source of funds may be requested.
- Protection against illegal activities: we monitor transactions to identify and report suspicious activity, reserving the right to refuse or terminate operations that violate these policies.
By opening an account, the client declares that the funds used have lawful origin and agrees to provide updated documentation whenever requested.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AstraFX Pro platform and the relationship between the client and AFX Simple LLC.
- Platform use: access is personal and non-transferable. The client is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all operations carried out on their account.
- Responsibilities: trading CFDs involves significant risk. The client acknowledges that investment decisions are their sole responsibility and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
- General rules: use of the platform for abusive arbitrage, price manipulation or any practice contrary to the published conditions is prohibited. The company may suspend accounts in the event of violation.
- Eligibility: clients residing in restricted jurisdictions are not accepted, including the United States, Russia and Ukraine, according to the company's internal policy.
AstraFX Pro may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the current version.

- Data collected: identification, contact, document verification and transaction history information, necessary for the provision of services and regulatory compliance.
